Just a Drop!
• The most popular way to take a Bach Flower Remedy is to dilute two drops in a glass of water and sip at intervals.

• If you are suffering from more than one negative emotion, you can combine up to seven remedies: add two drops of each chosen remedy (or four drops of Rescue Remedy) to a 30ml mixing bottle, top up with mineral water and take four drops of this mixture at least four times a day.

• Bach flower remedies can also be dropped neat onto the tongue, or rubbed onto the lips, behind the ears, on the temples or wrists.

Rescue Me!

Bach rescue remedy is a unique combination of five of Dr Bach’s remedies (Rock rose, Clematis, Impatiens, Star of Bethlehem and Cherry Plum)
which many people take it when they are stressed, worried, have suffered a shock or just need a quick pick-me-up.
