The day was made even more special, with the arrival of Trai – the “Weather” girl from BBC Look North. As our young people’s project is funded by BBC Children in Need, BBC Look North chose us along with another 3
projects out of 34 possible ones, to do a “piece” for their show leading up to Children in Need night. We thought it would be a great idea if they filmed on the day, so that they could talk to as many of our young people as possible –
and talk you did!!!!!

Nicola, Lucy, Paul, Vicky and Paige were all interviewed – in fact I think that there was enough talking and filming of Vicky and Paul to create their own 6 part series – only joking guys. You all did a fab job! Unfortunately, not everyone was shown on the TV on the night it was “aired”, but I am sure we will have more opportunities in the future.
