Home visit service – A pre-arranged visit to your home to discuss your individual needs.
Telephone Support – Provided from Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:00pm.
Condition Management and Rehabilitation – Help and support given.
Benefits – Support to access welfare benefit entitlements.
Education – Support young people to remain in education, negotiation timetables and concessions to suit individual needs.
Advocacy – Attend meetings and consultations, gather and present evidence for additional support.
Counselling – We are presently seeking funds to retain our counselling service to support members.
Information – We continue to research relevant information regarding your illness.
Therapy – Individualised therapy to sessions to support physical, emotional or cognitive needs.
Skype Service – To maintain contact with those who live further away.
Social Events – A number of social events are arranged throughout the year for young people and their families.
Awareness – We strive to educate as many people as possible about this “invisible” and misunderstood illness, and deliver training to key professionals across the region.
Fundraising – We arrange a number of events throughout the year in order to create awareness and increase funds for our organisation. Check out the "Events" section of our website for the current events.
